Health & Safety Restrictions In Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Riviera Maya

NEW HEALTH & SAFETY RESTRICTIONS

At H2oh Sun Cruises we’re dedicated to keeping our teams and our guests safe.

That’s why we’ve joined forces with the Mexican Secretary of Health and international authorities to respond effectively to the challenges and implications that COVID-19 presents.

All the necessary measures have been implemented to minimize the possibility of contagion from door to yacht.

In need of a COVID-19 test, check out our onsite testing services.

NEW Health & Safety Restrictions

In line with the current Government and Port Captain restrictions, all of our boats at H2oh Sun Cruises will be operating at max 50% capacity of the permitted capacity

We are strictly following these rules with no exceptions to ensure the safety of our team and our guests.

Additionally, sanitizing gels with a 70% alcohol base will also be available in the following areas:

  • Transportation (if needed)
  • Check-in
  • Yachts & Catamaran

At H2oh Sun Cruises the most important people to us are our families, our employees, and our guests which is why we have entered a prevention campaign applying the necessary recommendations issued by the World Health Organization.

We’ve also joined GOB.mx as part of our commitment to keep our teams and our guests safe.

All crew members at H2oh are enrolled in  GOB.mx’s  online health and safety course “recommendations for a healthy return to work”

The objective of this course is to reduce the number of SARS-CoV-2 infections among workers, clients, and the general public in work settings through the application of good practice strategies.

GOB.mx are the leading organisation for recommended procedures information in Mexico and have been since 1943.6
