A two-hour evening charter suits time together, music, food and a birthday toast. Choose three-hour Xpu-Ha for a daytime celebration or four-hour InHa when snorkeling is the priority. These are different itineraries, not interchangeable hours of the same activity.
Compare the Riviera Maya yacht options, including each yacht’s layout and actual inclusions. The maximum passenger count, the number covered by the base fare and seating for a meal are different things. Count all guests, including children, before pricing the event. Do not invite more people on the assumption that a larger-looking boat can accommodate them.
First, the charter: the named yacht, confirmed departure, duration, package and any additional guests. Second, the logistics: marina fees, round-trip transport and applicable payment charges. Third, the celebration: cake, decorations, photography, chosen drinks or entertainment. This makes it easier to remove a nonessential upgrade without losing an essential part of the trip.
Regular All-Inclusive includes captain, crew, meals and open bar. Family Charter options include meals and non-alcoholic drinks without an included open bar. That subtotal is $103 per adult when ten people split it equally. If nine friends cover the birthday guest’s share, it is approximately $114.44 per paying friend, with a final rounding adjustment. The guest count remains ten. Recalculate whenever the yacht, package, pickup area or attendance changes; do not divide a base fare by the yacht’s maximum capacity to advertise an unrealistic per-person price.
The extras page lists a regular cake at $30 USD, approximately 12 servings, without personalization. The $75 USD personalized specialty cake requires at least 72 hours’ notice. Confirm serving needs and the requested message before ordering; a small cake may not serve a larger party.
A playlist can be sufficient instead of a separately arranged performer. Agree on the yacht’s music connection, the timing of the birthday song and the place for cake service.
