The Puerto Aventuras Beach Club & Hotel identifies its setting on Fatima Bay. Use a named venue or confirmed meeting point when planning your visit. A hotel’s list of pools, loungers and other amenities does not automatically make those facilities available to every non-guest.
Ask about current day access, restaurant reservations, shade and changing facilities. Establish what the price covers and whether a food minimum is separate from an entrance fee. For guests staying in the community, confirm the walking route rather than assuming every beach entrance connects to every accommodation.
Paamul’s contact page lists its hotel, beach club, restaurant and dive centre separately. That is a useful starting point for a visit north of Puerto Aventuras: contact the business providing the service you want and identify the actual entrance.
Confirm the day-visitor terms, parking, meal arrangements and any equipment rental before travelling. A dive-centre offering is not automatically included with a beach-club visit. Ask about water access and conditions on the day rather than assuming photographs establish suitable snorkeling for everyone.
For a land-based Xpu-Ha visit, choose an entrance or venue and ask about its current facilities, food rules and return transport. Do not assume an old admission price or a photograph of empty sand applies to your date.
H2OH also offers a three-hour private Xpu-Ha charter from Puerto Aventuras Marina. That is a booked coastal yacht experience. It does not automatically include beach-club admission, docking at a venue, shore transfers or the same snorkeling route as the four-hour InHa charter.

Puerto Aventuras Marina is a boarding and operating location for boats. Stay on the permitted public walkways and follow the crew’s instructions when approaching a yacht. A calm-looking berth or channel is not a substitute for a designated swimming area.
For any beach, follow signs and current instructions before entering the water. Ask about steps, rocks, assistance and equipment when those details affect your group. Clear water or shallow depth alone does not establish that an activity is appropriate for every guest.
Ask the group whether shade, bathrooms, a meal or swimming is the priority. Keep a return option for someone who does not want to stay the whole day. Confirm what you may bring with the venue and avoid arriving with food, decorations or equipment on an assumption of permission.
A hotel marketed as Puerto Aventuras may require a road journey to the exact beach or marina. Use the property address, not only the destination name. If your plan includes a later activity, leave time to collect belongings, change and travel.
Compare H2OH yachts and charter choices for your passenger count and occasion. A capacity limit is different from the number included in the fare. Regular all-inclusive, Family and Custom Series packages have different food and beverage arrangements.
