Riviera Maya Yacht Rental Costs: Base Prices and Group Totals

The price of a Riviera Maya yacht charter is the price for a named yacht, departure and guest allowance, plus the charges that apply to your group. A headline rate is not necessarily the total, and maximum passenger capacity is not the number of guests included in that rate. All H2OH charters depart Puerto Aventuras Marina.

Published examples: compare the exact departure

These USD examples were checked against the linked H2OH yacht listings on October 9, 2026. They are published base rates, before promotions and separate charges, not confirmation of availability or a quote for your date.

The morning and afternoon examples show why duration alone is not enough to compare prices. Los Tres Piratas has a published maximum of 23 guests; Texas has a maximum of 55. Neither maximum means that everyone up to that limit is included in the base fare. Additional passengers must fit the yacht’s limit and be priced in your selected booking.

Build the total in separate lines

Group total = selected base charter + additional guests + marina fees + transportation + chosen extras + applicable payment charges, less any confirmed eligible discount. Include any gratuity you choose to budget separately. A deposit is a payment toward the booking, not an extra charter cost; read what is due now and what remains payable.

The published H2OH guest rules list a marina fee of $20 USD for each attending guest ages 5 and older, collected on charter day separately from the charter fare. Children under 5 are exempt. Give the ages of children as well as the full headcount so the team can apply the correct passenger and fee rules.

Round-trip transportation is listed at $20 or $25 USD per person by pickup area. Premium vehicles and group buses require their own quote. Do not count transport as included unless your selected package expressly includes it.

Worked example for ten adults

Using the published Los Tres Piratas two-hour rate, ten adults would start with $600 for the charter plus $200 in marina fees: $800 before transportation and other charges. Adding the listed $25-per-person Tulum Hotel Zone round trip would add $250, making an illustrative subtotal of $1,050, or $105 per adult. This assumes all ten use that transfer and fit the included guest allowance. It excludes optional extras, payment charges and gratuity, applies no promotion, and does not reserve a date.

Compare like-for-like packages

Regular All-Inclusive includes captain, crew, meals and an open bar. Family Charter options include meals and non-alcoholic drinks without an included open bar. Custom Series includes captain and crew with food and bar choices selected separately. A lower Custom Series base is not automatically cheaper once the same food and beverages are added.

Match activities too. A three-hour Xpu-Ha charter is not the same itinerary as four-hour InHa snorkeling. Water activities and the final route depend on conditions. Four hours means the whole charter, including outward travel and the return.

Check savings without assuming a seasonal bargain

Compare actual quotes for flexible dates; do not assume that a weekday or a particular month is always cheaper. H2OH advertises the online code H2OHREWARDS for eligible bookings. Confirm its application in the final total. Offers cannot be combined, and transportation and marina fees are excluded from discounts. Do not subtract both a promotion and another offer without written confirmation.
