Compare a two-hour evening outing, three-hour Xpu-Ha charter or four-hour InHa snorkeling charter. These are different itineraries. The complete duration includes the return; it is not uninterrupted swimming or photography time.
Begin checking once your travel dates and headcount are known. There is no advance-booking interval that guarantees the yacht you want or a lower rate. Check the actual available departure before reserving other activities. Sunset light depends on the date, departure and conditions; a later evening booking can be after dark.
The yacht’s maximum capacity is its upper guest limit. The base charter fare covers a stated number of guests. A celebration bundle can have a third, different allowance. None of these should be substituted for another.
For example, Los Tres Piratas accommodates up to 23 guests, while its published three-hour base covers up to 15. A 20-person booking would therefore need the additional charter guests priced and the celebration bundle confirmed for 20; buying a 15-person bundle does not cover the whole group automatically.
The published bachelorette page, checked October 9, 2026, lists the following bundles. They require crew confirmation and are separate from the regular charter builder’s individually selected extras.

Confirm the exact drinks, quantities, service and decoration choices for your charter. The bundle name does not identify a particular Champagne brand. Photography, a DJ, transport and a larger guest allowance are not established by these listings. Do not order a second cake or bar upgrade without checking whether it duplicates the chosen bundle.
A useful quote has separate lines for the base charter, additional guests, bundle, other extras, marina fees, transportation and payment charges. Regular all-inclusive charters include captain, crew, meals and open bar; Family and Custom Series arrangements differ. Marina fees are separate.
Illustration for ten adults: the published Los Tres Piratas three-hour base of $975, plus the listed $150 celebration bundle and ten marina fees of $20, produces $1,325 before transport, other extras, payment charges and gratuity. This assumes all ten fit the base and bundle allowances, applies no promotion, and is not a quote or availability confirmation. The example is $132.50 per person only when ten people split those stated items equally.
Use the selected transaction’s confirmed promotion rather than combining offers yourself. Transportation and marina fees are excluded from discounts. Review the cancellation and weather terms before collecting everyone’s contribution.
Send the yacht, date, departure, duration, adults and children, pickup address, menu requests, chosen bundle and any vendor details. Mention karaoke or other must-have features before choosing a yacht. Outside alcohol is not permitted; consult the guest rules for packing and onboard arrangements.
Arrange round-trip transportation separately when needed. Reach Puerto Aventuras Marina 20 minutes before departure, and allow the drive back before dinner. Guests staying in Playa del Carmen do not board from that beachfront.
