InHa Reef, Yal-Ku lagoon and Xpu-Ha should not be treated as three guaranteed stops on one H2OH charter. They are different places and experiences. Choose the activity first, then check the actual route, access and equipment included in the product you book.
All H2OH yachts depart from Puerto Aventuras Marina. A hotel in Akumal, Tulum or Playa del Carmen does not change the boarding point or add a nearby attraction to the itinerary.

It is not the four-hour InHa snorkeling route |
InHa: choose a reef-focused charter
The four-hour InHa snorkeling itinerary is the H2OH option to compare when reef time is your priority. Review the named yacht’s included gear, meal and drinks, then discuss swimming experience, children and water access before booking.
The captain confirms whether the route and water activity are suitable for the day’s conditions. Do not plan around guaranteed turtles, a particular species, perfect visibility or permanently calm water. Private use of the yacht does not make the reef exclusive.
Some guests may prefer to stay aboard. Compare shade, seating and the yacht’s facilities for them too. Paddleboards and floating equipment vary by vessel; they should not be promised on every charter.
Yal-Ku: plan a separate lagoon visit
The official Yal-Ku website identifies a lagoon in the Akumal area with its own admission products. Review the exact entrance, ticket inclusions, equipment arrangements and operating information before traveling. This is a separate attraction visit, not an H2OH charter stop.
The operator’s Experience admission lists snorkeling equipment and a life jacket, and its instructions require a life jacket and prohibit touching or feeding fish. Check the terms for the ticket you choose rather than assuming every admission option is identical.
Do not describe a lagoon as automatically suitable for weak swimmers or children because it appears shallow or sheltered. Ask about conditions, access and participation requirements, and keep adult supervision explicit.
Xpu-Ha: a different coastal charter
The three-hour Xpu-Ha charter is a coastal swimming and celebration outing with activities appropriate to the named yacht and conditions. It does not automatically include the InHa reef-snorkeling experience.
A reference to Party Cove is not permission to create your own sequence of hidden stops. For any proposed different itinerary, ask the team to confirm feasibility, duration and price. Custom Series changes how services are selected; it does not give guests unrestricted navigation.
Choose conditions and participation, not a guaranteed season
No calendar month or morning departure guarantees calm seas, clear water or wildlife. Read the current weather and cancellation terms, and follow the captain’s operating decisions.
The American Red Cross emphasizes close adult supervision around water and not relying on flotation toys. Follow the crew’s activity boundaries and equipment instructions; photography should not involve chasing wildlife or touching coral.
Build the right request
Send your date, full passenger count, swimming experience and the activity that matters most. Compare the chosen yacht’s package rather than assuming every offer includes an open bar or identical equipment. Arrange transportation to Puerto Aventuras Marina separately from any lagoon excursion.
Prepare your charter estimate, then confirm the route and essential requirements before reserving. An estimate is not a yacht hold or an admission ticket to another attraction.
