For an H2OH yacht rental during a Tulum vacation, your boarding point is Puerto Aventuras Marina, not your Tulum hotel or the beach. A listing aimed at Tulum travelers does not necessarily depart from Tulum. H2OH’s Tulum charter options depart Puerto Aventuras Marina. Other operators may use different meeting points, so do not generalize H2OH’s departure location to every boat advertised in the region.
Give the team your exact hotel or villa address, including whether it is in town or the beach zone. Use the marina meeting instructions for navigation rather than a map pin for Tulum itself. H2OH asks guests to arrive 20 minutes before departure; road travel is additional. The Getting Here page contains the current pickup guidance. An approximate transfer time is not a promise for every address or traffic condition.
H2OH operates the yachts in its owned fleet. Booking directly identifies the operator you can contact about the boat and itinerary. Ownership alone is not a guarantee of service quality, and using an agent does not automatically make a booking unreliable.
The useful evidence is the same in either case: the named yacht, recent photos, the operator’s contact details, written inclusions and the procedure if a substitution is proposed. Ask what happens if the advertised yacht cannot operate and which alternative would be offered. Reviews can help you understand guest experiences, but do not substitute for the agreed booking details or verification of operating documents.
H2OH offers three-hour Xpu-Ha charters for a daytime swim and celebration, and four-hour InHa snorkeling charters. The duration covers the whole charter, including travel and time aboard; it is not a continuous allowance of swimming or snorkeling.
A two-hour sunset or evening charter is a different plan. Match its available departure to daylight for your date. An evening booking does not automatically include the daytime reef itinerary or guarantee a sunset view. Sea conditions and the captain’s decisions govern the final water activities.
Write down the quoted yacht, date, departure, duration, package and included guest allowance. Maximum passenger capacity and included guests are different numbers. A yacht advertised for 55 guests does not imply that its base price covers 55 people.
Regular all-inclusive options include meals and an open bar. Family options include meals and non-alcoholic drinks without an open bar, while Custom Series has separately selected food and drink arrangements. Check the selected product, especially any yacht-specific exception, rather than assuming one package description covers the entire fleet.
Your comparison should include the charter, additional passengers, marina fees, transportation, chosen extras and any payment charges. List photography, flowers, cake and upgraded drinks separately when they are not part of the selected package. Transportation and marina fees are excluded from H2OH discounts. An old blog offer is not evidence that a promotion applies to your date.
Read the guest rules and cancellation policy. H2OH includes captain and crew; it is not a self-drive rental. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Tell the team about dietary requests, access needs and outside vendors before the booking is finalized.
