Plan a Valentine’s yacht charter around your group, preferred date and the experience you want: a private evening for two, a proposal or a celebration with friends. H2OH charters board at Puerto Aventuras Marina, including bookings for guests staying in Tulum or Playa del Carmen. This is a planning guide, not a dated special or confirmation of holiday availability.
For a couple, compare privacy, shade and seating rather than looking for a yacht that must be filled to capacity. For friends, include every adult and child in the headcount and distinguish the yacht’s maximum capacity from the guests included in its base fare. Start with the H2OH fleet, then compare available charters for your date.
A two-hour evening charter suits a meal, music and time together aboard. Sunset is not guaranteed: compare the available departure with daylight for your actual date. For a daytime swim, compare the three-hour Xpu-Ha route; for a snorkeling-focused outing, compare the four-hour InHa route. These durations cover the whole charter, not uninterrupted swimming.
Plan the marina arrival and return before booking dinner or another activity. Allow 20 minutes at Puerto Aventuras Marina before departure, plus your road transfer. Guests staying in Tulum or Playa del Carmen travel to the same marina; pickup time depends on the address and traffic.
For a surprise proposal, nominate one contact person and privately agree on a cue with the crew and photographer. Discuss where the couple can stand safely, who keeps the ring secure and what happens if wind or rain changes the plan. Do not base the proposal on a guaranteed sunset, swimming stop or last-minute decoration delivery.
H2OH’s optional extras list flowers, cakes and photography separately. Specify the arrangement, wording, delivery and coverage required, then confirm the price. A standard open bar does not automatically include a particular Champagne bottle or upgraded service; compare bottle-service options for the drinks you actually want.
Regular all-inclusive charters include meals and an open bar. Family options include meals and non-alcoholic drinks without an open bar; Custom Series has different food and drink arrangements. Confirm your selected yacht, date, departure, duration, package and included guest allowance before comparing prices.
Use Build Your Charter for the yacht estimate. Include additional guests, marina fees, transport, photography, flowers and chosen upgrades in the complete total. An estimate or inquiry does not reserve a yacht. Review the booking terms for your selected product before payment.
For a date-specific inquiry, email [email protected] or call (844) 222-4264. Include the guest count, hotel or villa address, preferred route and any surprise arrangements. Last-minute yachts, transport and extras depend on availability; request confirmation before committing to other plans.
