A yacht celebration is an occasion held during a booked boat outing: a birthday, anniversary, bachelorette, reunion or wedding-related event. With H2OH, it is a private yacht charter in Puerto Aventuras for your group with captain and crew from Puerto Aventuras Marina.
The phrase does not define a single price, route or decoration package. Understanding the booking terms helps you compare the celebration you want with the product actually being offered.
Private charter does not mean unlimited use
Your group has private use of the booked yacht with its crew for the confirmed duration. You are not buying separate seats on a shared tour. That does not give you exclusive access to the sea, a reef or an anchorage.
The captain controls navigation, suitable stops and water access. The departure and return times still apply. A request for a different route, longer outing or outside supplier needs confirmation rather than being assumed part of private hire.
Capacity, included guests and seating are different numbers
| Term |
What it tells you |
| Maximum passenger capacity |
The vessel’s guest limit; count children and infants too |
| Included guest allowance |
The number covered by a particular base fare |
| Additional passenger charge |
The cost for eligible guests above that allowance, within capacity |
| Event layout |
The seating and space suitable for your particular meal, ceremony or party |
The current yacht pages list 4 Piratas for up to 28 guests, Texas for up to 55 and Pura Vida for up to 80. Those limits are not minimum group sizes or automatic seated-dinner capacities. They also do not confirm availability on a date.
Charter route and celebration extras are separate choices
Compare the three-hour Xpu-Ha outing, four-hour InHa reef charter and two-hour evening options. They have different purposes. An evening trip does not automatically include daytime snorkeling, and seeing sunset depends on the departure and conditions.
Add a cake, decoration order or photographer only when the arrangement suits that route and vessel. Use the extras and celebration packages to distinguish an add-on from the yacht fare. A package’s guest allowance is another item to check, particularly for larger groups.
All-inclusive still needs a clear cost breakdown
Regular all-inclusive H2OH charters include captain and crew, meals and a standard open bar. Family, Custom Series and vessel-specific offers can have different inclusions. Review the actual product instead of applying one general list to every charter.
Marina fees are separate from the base fare. Include extra passengers, optional transportation, accepted extras and payment charges when comparing totals. An hourly rate is not a whole-charter price; do not multiply a general marketplace figure into a supposed H2OH quote.
Inquiry, estimate and reservation are different stages
An inquiry tells the team what you are planning. A capacity match identifies a possible vessel. A dated availability result reports an option at the time checked. An estimate breaks down a proposed selection. None of those alone is the booking confirmation.
Before considering the celebration reserved, follow the selected booking channel’s instructions and check the named yacht, date, departure, duration, passengers, accepted extras and payment terms in the confirmation.
Connect the marina to the rest of the day
Guests staying elsewhere travel to Puerto Aventuras; a service-area page is not a different boarding point. Review transportation with your exact accommodation address and arrive 20 minutes before departure. A protected marina does not guarantee calm conditions throughout the charter.
Build your celebration estimate with the preferred experience and complete headcount. Understanding these terms makes the comparison useful before you commit to invitations, suppliers and the rest of the event.
