H2OH celebrations are private charters with captain and crew from Puerto Aventuras Marina. Your group has the booked vessel for its confirmed duration. The route, water access and operating decisions remain with the captain.
Use five headings: occasion, guests, main activity, celebration moment and essential requests. Under guests, count adults and every child. Under essential requests, include boarding assistance, food requests or a supplier who needs access. Separate these from optional preferences such as a balloon color.

For reef snorkeling, compare the four-hour InHa charter. For a coastal swimming and celebration outing, compare the three-hour Xpu-Ha route. An evening cruise is another choice, not a promise of the same daytime water activities.
Then compare yacht layouts and capacities. Guests who do not want to swim should have an enjoyable plan aboard too. A passenger limit is not a seated-dinner capacity or the guest allowance included in a price.
Regular all-inclusive charters include meals and a standard open bar. Family and Custom Series arrangements differ. A private chef, DJ, photographer, flowers or personalized cake is not included simply because you tell us this is a special occasion.
Review current extras and advance-order requirements. Record the item, quantity, price and confirmation status. For example, a requested photographer is not yet a confirmed supplier, and a decoration photograph is not an order specification.
