The published wedding packages run for four hours with a base allowance of up to 25 guests. A larger guest list needs a suitable yacht, additional guests priced and a confirmed event setup. The duration includes the cruise and return, not four hours of ceremony or dining.

Do not attach sunset photographs to this example without checking daylight for the date. Confirm the planned departure against sunset before booking the photographer. Moving a ceremony to a later moment may leave less time for the meal or reception.
H2OH’s transportation page, checked October 9, 2026, gives approximately 19 minutes one way from the Playacar hotel zone. That is not a live travel time for every Playa del Carmen hotel. Supply exact entrances, passenger counts and any assistance needs so pickup can be confirmed.
Round-trip transportation is listed within the named wedding packages. Confirm the covered pickup areas and vehicles rather than adding standard transfers to the bill twice. If guests use several hotels, give the team one consolidated list. An independently booked regular charter may require transportation as a separate charge.
Ask about boarding steps, rails, stairs, toilets and the spaces available for changing or resting. Do not assume a private dressing cabin is available. Choose clothing and footwear compatible with the onboard rules, and keep long fabric and loose accessories controlled while moving.
Provide children’s ages and identify supervising adults. Tell the team about access needs before choosing a vessel. Some guests may stay aboard while others join an approved water activity; swimming is not a requirement for enjoying the celebration.
Match the wedding quote to its listed meal, standard bar, cake, photo package and transportation.
