For an H2OH yacht charter, plan to arrive at Puerto Aventuras Marina 20 minutes before your confirmed departure. Follow any specific check-in instructions your booking team sends for your event. Your marina arrival time and hotel pickup time are different appointments.
Every H2OH charter boards at Puerto Aventuras Marina, whether you stay in Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos or elsewhere in the Riviera Maya. Check the current marina directions and transportation information before setting off.
Subtract 20 minutes from the departure on your booking confirmation. A confirmed 9:00 AM departure means planning to arrive at 8:40 AM; a confirmed 1:30 PM departure means 1:10 PM. These are timing examples, not a statement that a particular yacht is available.
Keep your confirmation handy and share the arrival target with the whole group. If your team gives you different instructions for setup or a special event, use those confirmed instructions.
Do not tell your driver to collect you at the yacht departure time. The road journey, getting from the vehicle to the meeting point and the marina arrival target all need to fit before departure.
Send your exact accommodation address and map pin to the transport team. Ask them to confirm your pickup time rather than calculating it from a general driving estimate. Keep your booking confirmation, the yacht name, departure time, marina meeting instructions and team contact together. Check the confirmation for any requested identification, remaining balance, marina fees and payment arrangements.
Before leaving, gather the personal items you need for your chosen charter and confirm what the yacht provides. If you want to bring food, beverages or decorations, check the rules for your exact package first. Permission should not be assumed from a general boat-trip checklist.
For a wedding, birthday or group celebration, ask one person to coordinate the guest list and arrival message. If people are traveling from several hotels, send all addresses to the team together and agree on the pickup plan.
Discuss decorations, supplier access and event setup before the charter day. Arriving early does not by itself authorize boarding or setting up while the crew is preparing the yacht. Agree on the access time with the team.
Contact H2OH as soon as you know there is a delay. Give your yacht name, booking date, location and estimated arrival. Ask the team what is possible under your booking terms; do not assume the departure or return can be shifted.

Confirm the return meeting point and driver contact before boarding. If you have plans afterward, allow time to leave the yacht and travel from the marina to your next stop. The end of the charter is not the time you will be back at your hotel.
