Collect the travel date and an alternate date, the number of adults and children, the children’s ages, the hotel or villa address and your preferred duration. Decide whether the outing is mainly an evening celebration, a daytime swim or a snorkeling trip. These details help you compare the right product rather than repeatedly starting a quote with different assumptions.
All H2OH charters board at Puerto Aventuras Marina. Selecting Tulum, Playa del Carmen or another hotel area does not change the yacht’s departure marina; it helps with pickup planning.

Check the yacht name, duration, departure and guests included in the base fare. Do not substitute maximum capacity for that allowance. The published routes include two-hour evening, three-hour Xpu-Ha and four-hour InHa snorkeling options; compare the choices actually available for your selected yacht and date.
Review the package as well. Regular All-Inclusive, Family and Custom Series do not have identical food and beverage inclusions. Special photography, cakes, decorations, transport or vendor requests need explicit confirmation; entering a request does not establish that it is included or available.
Use the Online Store link on the H2OH website or the booking link on your chosen yacht’s page. H2OH currently links to its Rezdy online store. When moving from an estimate or information page to the store, check the yacht, duration, date, departure, passenger count and package again. Do not assume every selection or special request transfers automatically.
The website advertises the code H2OHREWARDS for eligible online bookings. Enter and apply it in the store’s promo-code field, then check the reduction in the total. Offers cannot be combined; transportation and marina fees are excluded from discounts. A website banner alone is not evidence that a particular transaction has received the discount.
Separate the complete booking cost from any deposit. Check additional guests, marina fees, transportation, selected extras and payment charges, including any amounts payable separately on charter day. Read the cancellation and weather policy and the selected product’s terms before submitting payment.
After completing the process, retain the booking confirmation and payment record. Check that the yacht, date, departure, duration, guest details, agreed extras and any remaining balance match your intention. An estimate email or inquiry acknowledgment is not a substitute for booking confirmation.
