Start a private yacht celebration with the occasion, the full guest list and the one activity the group most wants. Then choose a suitable yacht, itinerary and package before adding decorations or entertainment. Every H2OH charter departs Puerto Aventuras Marina with a captain and crew.
Choose the right planning path
Different occasions need different booking details| Occasion | Decide first | Relevant H2OH information |
|---|
| Birthday | Guest count, cake portions, music and who covers the birthday guest’s share. | Birthday celebrations |
| Bachelorette or bachelor party | The guest of honor’s priorities, budget, activity and any celebration bundle. | Bachelorette options and bachelor group planning |
| Wedding or reception | Ceremony type, event layout, wedding-package allowance and vendor requirements. | Wedding packages |
| Company or group outing | Headcount, purpose, seating, speaking or presentation needs, and pickup groups. | Group charter planning |
| Family reunion | Children’s ages, access needs, supervision and an alternative for non-swimmers. | Family Charter options |
| Proposal or anniversary | Privacy preferences, the photo plan, any surprise and the timing of a toast. | Proposal coordination guide |
Do not buy an event package only because its name matches the occasion. Check what it contains and whether it is a full charter, a meal-and-drink option or an add-on. A birthday group can select a regular charter and a cake; a wedding package is a different product with its own services and guest allowance.
Choose the experience by activity and duration
A two-hour evening charter suits time aboard, music and a toast. Check the date and departure for sunset light. Three-hour Xpu-Ha is a daytime cruise with swimming when suitable. Choose four-hour InHa for a snorkeling-focused outing.
These are different routes, not interchangeable extra hours. The total duration includes outward travel and return. A listed wedding package also runs for four hours, but its event plan must be confirmed separately. The captain determines suitable stops and activities; a private booking is not an unrestricted itinerary.
Use three numbers to avoid a pricing mistake
Actual passengers: everyone boarding, including the guest of honor and children. Maximum capacity: the upper guest limit on the selected yacht. Included allowance: the number covered by the chosen fare or bundle. Those numbers serve different purposes.
For example, a 20-person group needs a yacht able to carry 20 and an itemized price for 20. A base fare including 15 does not cover five additional people, and an add-on priced for 15 may require a separate adjustment. Someone whose contribution is paid by friends remains a passenger.
Choose features on the actual yacht
Compare the fleet’s shade, seating, bathrooms, steps and water access. Confirm karaoke, sound connections or other must-have features on the named vessel. Do not assume every yacht has an air-conditioned guest lounge, high-dive platform, identical water toys or a presentation screen.
Keep a simple sequence: boarding and briefing, a group photograph or welcome, the selected cruising or water activity, food and the celebration moment. Let the crew confirm how it fits. People who do not swim can enjoy the outing aboard in the permitted areas.
Itemize inclusions and extras
Regular all-inclusive charters include meals, open bar, captain and crew. Family excludes the included open bar while retaining meals and non-alcoholic drinks; Custom Series has separately selected food and beverage arrangements. The named wedding packages have additional event inclusions. Use the exact product’s written quote.
Compare optional extras against any bundle before ordering a cake, photographer or bar upgrade twice. Confirm supplier charges, vendor fees, timing and equipment separately. A private chef, DJ, custom flowers or a particular premium bottle is not automatically part of every all-inclusive charter.
The complete budget should identify the base fare, additional guests, marina fees, transport when not included, extras and applicable payment charges. Transportation and marina fees are excluded from discounts. Keep the amount due now separate from the remaining balance.
Send one usable booking brief
Use this structure: occasion; date and alternate date; adults and children’s ages; preferred yacht and itinerary; pickup addresses; meal and drink choice; essential access needs; and named extras. Add one organizer who can approve changes. This is more useful than a message requesting the best party without a headcount or budget.
Build a regular charter estimate, or request a written wedding or special-event quote. Arrange marina transport, arrive 20 minutes before departure and review the cancellation and weather policy. An estimate or inquiry does not reserve the yacht or confirm every requested service.
