Choose three-hour Xpu-Ha for a daytime cruise and swimming when suitable. It does not include reef snorkeling. Choose four-hour InHa for a snorkeling-focused outing. A two-hour sunset or evening charter centers on time aboard; the date and available departure determine whether sunset light is possible.

The whole duration includes outward cruising and the return. The captain decides suitable stops and activities for conditions. A Tulum hotel address does not add Tulum ruins, a cenote or an Akumal Bay visit to that itinerary.

How many people does the price cover?

Read the guest allowance on the exact charter you select. On the Los Tres Piratas listing checked October 9, 2026, the two-hour base covers up to ten guests, while the three-hour and four-hour bases cover up to fifteen. The yacht’s maximum is 23. Those three numbers answer different questions.

What food, drinks and equipment are included?

Regular all-inclusive charters include captain, crew, meals and open bar. The Family option keeps meals and non-alcoholic drinks without an included open bar; it is unavailable on Piratas TOO. Custom Series has separately selected food and bar arrangements.

Snorkeling equipment belongs to the eligible snorkeling itinerary; water toys and other facilities vary by yacht. Review current photos for shade, seating, bathrooms and boarding steps. Outside alcohol is not allowed. Confirm dietary needs and any particular photographer, cake or bottle instead of treating the phrase all-inclusive as unlimited customization.

What should you expect to pay separately?

The published marina fee is $20 USD for each attending guest aged five or older; children under five are exempt. Transportation, additional passengers, celebration extras and payment charges must be accounted for in the selected quote. Named event packages can include services that regular charters do not, so avoid charging the same item twice.

Check the amount due now and the remaining balance. Apply only a confirmed eligible offer and verify the reduction in the total. Transportation and marina fees are excluded from discounts. Review the cancellation and weather policy before paying.

When should your group arrive?

Reach Puerto Aventuras Marina 20 minutes before the confirmed departure. For a 10:00 a.m. three-hour charter, that means 9:40 a.m. marina arrival and a scheduled 1:00 p.m. return. These are timing examples, not available appointments. Late arrival does not extend the return time.

Give the full hotel or villa address and pickup entrance when arranging Tulum transportation. Follow the guest instructions for advance waivers and packing. Swimmers should bring towels and swimwear.
