Do not assume that a hotel, beach or excursion marketed as near Puerto Aventuras is within walking distance of your accommodation.
Use the marina area as a place to meet your group, look at the boats and choose a restaurant. Confirm the exact meeting location with friends rather than sending everyone to the general name Puerto Aventuras. Allow time to find the correct walkway and return to your accommodation or pickup point.
The marina is also an operating waterfront. Stay out of working berths, private docks and navigation channels unless the relevant operator directs you there. Looking at boats is different from boarding them, and a waterfront walk is not a snorkeling activity.
The Puerto Aventuras golf course is a nine-hole, par-36 course. Check the current booking arrangements, equipment rental and any requirements directly with the course. A round of golf needs its own time block; it should not be squeezed immediately before a fixed yacht departure.
The community also publishes information on footgolf. This combines kicking a ball with a golf-style course and offers a different group activity from a conventional round. Confirm which activities are operating on your date instead of assuming every golf-related service comes with one admission.
Fatima Bay is a local beachfront reference point; the Puerto Aventuras Beach Club & Hotel identifies its location there. A hotel’s beach setting does not mean non-guests automatically have use of its loungers, swimming pool, bathrooms or restaurant facilities. Ask about the current day-visitor arrangement before arriving.
Choose a beach day around your group’s needs for shade, changing space and food. Follow posted conditions and local instructions before entering the sea. Clear-looking or shallow water is not a blanket assurance that swimming or snorkeling is suitable.
H2OH private charters depart from Puerto Aventuras Marina. Your group books a named yacht with captain and crew, rather than individual places on a shared cruise. Compare maximum capacity, the guests included in the fare, seating and the features important to your occasion.
Choose the four-hour InHa charter for the published reef-snorkeling experience. A three-hour Xpu-Ha outing and a two-hour evening cruise are different options. The captain confirms suitable stops and water activities for conditions; a private booking is not permission to choose any reef, beach or anchorage.
For an evening together, check the departure time against daylight on your date. For a birthday or bachelorette outing, confirm cakes, decorations, photography and entertainment as separate arrangements rather than assuming the occasion includes them.

A yacht itinerary using the name Xpu-Ha does not automatically include access to a particular beach club. Likewise, a land excursion to a cenote or archaeological site is not part of a regular coastal charter. For Paamul facilities and booking questions, use the venue’s own contact information.
Choose one main activity and leave a flexible meal or walk around it. Record each supplier, address, cost and appointment. Visitors staying elsewhere should check their journey to the marina; even when staying locally, confirm the walk to the correct yacht.
